Infant & Child Sleep Solutions

I'm going to go out on a limb here and share some pretty personal details about my journey into parenthood. Because I'm on a mission to make lives better for other parents.  Whenever and however I can.  Read on to learn more about the driving forces behind Lovebugs Sleep Coaching and all about my newest coaching program!  That's right...I'm expanding and I can't wait to tell  you all about it!

Over the years, I've learned that teaching babies is about so much more than just "sleep" for baby. Now don't get me wrong, sleep for baby's health and overall happiness and well-being is the absolute most important reason that parents decide to embark on a journey like this.  But do you about all of the other benefits? I'm happy to share with you some of the best benefits I've discovered with my clients through the years!

Are you hearing about sleep consultants but skeptical about how a stranger can help you achieve sleep success when you've tried EVERYTHING on your own?  Worried that the investment would be wasted and you'd just end up tired and broke?  I want to explain to you why hiring a sleep consultant can make all the difference and have you family sleeping soundly in 2 weeks or less!

You may have heard of the 2-3-4 sleep schedule.  It's a recommendation that some babies may do best with awake windows that vary throughout the day, starting with 2 hours in the morning and progressing as the day goes on.  Have you considered this?  When might it work?  Today I'll share my thoughts on this controversial subject!

I haven't always been a sleep coach. Once I was an exhausted, sleep deprived and overwhelmed new mom of a 5.5 month old who was struggling SO much with her sleep. I reached out for help and my sleep coach was amazing and inspired my career change. Today I share the success story I wrote (nearly 5 years ago) as I shared our journey. I've been there and because I've struggled to, and then found sleep success...I can help others find the way down this difficult journey as well. Here is my success story from the very first baby I ever taught to own!
