Welcome to Lovebugs Sleep Coaching located in Ottawa, Ontario. My mission is to teach parents how to help their children learn the skills necessary to become great sleepers. Sleep is so important to helping our children grow into their full potential and become happy and healthy little people.

We all know how hard it is to function when we are sleep deprived, and yet, we don't bat an eye when our babies are up several times a night. Society has taught us that babies are supposed to cry, and be up all night and that we as parents just have to accept it because that's what we've signed up for. I'm here to tell you that it's not necessary. And in fact, it's not healthy for you or your child! If your child isn't sleeping well, I can help. You don't have to parent in a sleep deprived fog anymore and your children deserve the gift of great sleep!
